Founded in 2015, Angulus Capital Management, LLC and Angulus Lending Opportunities Fund, LP, ("Angulus"), are private investment vehicles that place strategic debt & equity investments in opportunistic residential real estate scenarios. Equity is limited to controlling General Partner interests while debt placement is limited to first lien position (senior secured) short term, bridge debt. Since 2015, we have originated close to $100,000,000 in short term renovation loans for fix and flip and other bridge loan opportunities. In addition, we make strategic equity investments into short term rentals located in California's destination real estate markets. We are currently open to new investment.
